Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, shipping method, and order weight.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over €50 (within Ireland only).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items include food, opened grooming products, clearance items, and personalized items.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ihpet.com with your order details.
Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Return the item(s) to the provided return address. Please ensure the package is securely packed.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
If the return is due to our mistake, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item(s).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
